I'm BACK!
I'm so happy to back in Winona, but still a little weary on the living situation. With studying abroad second semester I decided that the best situation would be to live in the dorms (Sorry! *"Residence Halls") for all of first semester so I didn't have to worry about 1) a sublease 2)moving all of my belongings out and in again in a 4 month period, only to move everything BACK to Winona right after i get home from spain. 3) i don't have a 3rd. Dorm life isn't that great as a Junior.
I feel like i'm reliving my freshman year, I like to kindly call it #FreshmanYear2.0 and I refer to my dorm as a house because I get sick of explaining my plans. I can't say its all bad. Yesterday i won a dirt devil vacuum cleaner for participating in hall events. The events included Brick Painting, eating cotton candy, hot toss and "water pong".
My saving grace is that every single one of my friends has a house or an apartment and they welcome me with open arms to coming over and hanging out/sleeping on their couch and watching their movies. I am incredibly thankful and would be lost without them. I've also met some really cool girls on my floor who are in the same major as me! I'm going to make the best of this semester and hopefully win more fun stuff before the freshman learn they're allowed to smack at the bounce ins in "water" pong. ;)
First day of the semester tomorrow! Wish me Luck.

Spain is only 130 days away. Its starting to become a terrifying and exciting reality!
